Organic Wild Yam Cream Nature's Hormone Balancer
Kaitlyn's Organic Wild Yam Cream
Inspired from BARBARA ONEILL's "Wild Yam" Cream
I am so excited to introduce Kaitlyn's Wild Yam Cream. This is a natural, herbal way of helping to balance and restore hormone balance. Wild Yam has antispasmodic properties so it may help relieve cramps. It may also help with nausea and can assist in balancing the hormones. This blend of herbs may also help during menopause. Most of us suffer form of hormonal balance, we just need to help the body along. It is very important to provide our bodies with nutritional needs. These herbs are infused together in Jojoba and Castor Oil. Each dime size pump contains approx 25mg of Wild Yam. Made without alcohol.
MENSTRUAL DISCOMFORT:
THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR PERIOD IS ALWAYS DAY 1
Counting the first day of your period as DAY 1, commence applying one pea size am and pm from DAY 5 to DAY 18 and then increase to dime size am and pm from DAY 19 until DAY 28, then stop using the cream.
MENOPAUSE:
Apply to areas suggested for 3 weeks, rotating each day a new area. Use a dime size of product am and pm. Your menstruation week, you will discontinue use. 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
PERSISTENT HOT FLUSHES
Menopausal symptoms should decrease in both intensity and frequency, disappearing by the third month if the above protocol is closely followed.
If at any time during this period hot flushes or night sweats cause undue discomfort, it may help ease your discomfort if a small amount of cream is massaged into your wrists every 15 minutes until the discomfort passes.
If hot flushes or night sweats continue, it may mean that that insufficient cream is being used, or used irregularly.
Women who have elected to come off synthesized hormones may choose to eliminate taking the breaks from using the cream
POST MENOPAUSE:
If you are a mature woman who has passed through menopause and hasn't has a period for over 12 months you are Post Menopausal. You can follow the directions for menopause and choose any week for your week off. You may decide to use the cream one dime size am and pm continually without a break, or as we recommend take a 7 day break each month.
MAINTENANCE:
We would expect you to be feeling the benefits after the first three months of using the cream, some women are feeling so good they are inclined to think they no longer need the cream!
If at this time you are feeling great, if you wish you can progressively reduce the amount of cream until you detect that you are sliding off the 'feel good' plateau, at this point you need only increase the amount by a smidgen to reclaim your balance - you then know how much cream is right for you.
DIRECTIONS:
For external use only. As directed massage well into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms & thighs, these are areas of the body where the cream is particularly well absorbed. Select one location for each application.
